I went back to lighscribe web site, followed the steps, step by step. I can view the pics on one side. I flipped the disc over & it says write protected, insert disc, so i ejected disc, put it back in & all i get is the cirlcle going around & around doing nothing till pc freezes up. What is causing that?

When i burn pics to the top side of a lightscribe disc, then flip it over it says insert media. It's like the disc is full or not in the drive. I've run the diagnostic utility as well as the Solution Support. Everything according to those is working. I can see the disc design but it won't save, can't print a title or design. HP doesn't have any idea what the issue is. This is a new pc.

I've got a Pavilion dv6-3120SA laptop, lightscribe labeler states my DVD/CD drive doesn't support lightscribe.

It did work up to a week ago. Please help :mansad:
