On my Settings tab it now says "HP Touchsmart DVD," Copyright 2011 (the old one said 2009 I  think).  Still Cyberlink.  Version 4.1.2.5122

Thank you so much for this quick solution! All is now fine with my player. I've not exactly been happy with this $3000 desktop and this was one problem that I was getting furious about. I figured HP update would do its job - guess I was wrong! :-) Thanks again for this help!

Well I am also having the same problem and it's a BIG pain. I have tried all the variations including this one from Kiran and it does not work. Why all these complications for something so simple? something is obviously wrong with the program. How do I go about getting some sort of compensation for a faulty system that I payed for? I am also a member of Lovefilm and pay a premium for a large amount of bluray dvds. Now I can't play them so will loose money and may even have to temporarily cancel my account with them....
