Need a driver for the "TSST corp CDDVDW TS-L633L ATA Device" [ Edited ]

I have HP  Pavilion Dv7 notebook   I need a driver for the "TSST corp CDDVDW TS-L633L ATA Device"  I searched in the driver section I couldn't find it If you can tell me where it is or email it to me I would appriciate it thanks.

Drivers for cd/dvd drives are provided by Windows.Software for extra features such as burning,playing media are installed seperate.What issues are you having that you feel you need drivers?

I have the same problem on a HP Pavilion DV5, but on Windows 7, the TSST corp CDDVDW TS-L633L ATA Device is recognized by Windows as a CD/DVD player only.

*J'ai exactement le même problème sur un HP Pavilion DV5 mais sous Win 7 avec ce périphérique. Il n'est reconnu par windows qu'en tant que lecteur.

Where can I find the drivers for win vista (usually works for both) or directly for win 7 ?

(windows already found a driver, which I can't update, and it's only working for reading CD/DVD, not burning anything)

I didn't get any CD/DVD with my laptop, so I can't use those to find the right driver.

I really need to burn backups so please consider my question.

I have the same problem on my  HP Pavillon DV 7;

The CD/DVDW TS-L633L  is recognised as Player but not Burner.

Did you find a Solution
