The CD/DVD drive will not Autoplay even though the correct condition has been set up in Windows 7 system on my Pavilion s5206uk desktop.  Several attempts made but to no avail.  If I use the Computer facility, the disc is identified in the drive and the software/music/video etc can be started manually by correct file selection.  Anyone have a suggestion?

Hello,

I have the same question with a different HP computer.   Did you ever get an answer or resolve the problem?  If so, how?
