lightscribe dvd super multi drive cd writer not working

Unable to download;  Xp_CD-DVD-Fix.zip, when I click on the highlighted box.  Any other locations I  can go for this fix ?

Get yourself a copy of MSCDEX from the windows 98 boot cd and paste it into the Startup folder in the Start Menu. Then restart.

It should work on most drives and models.

 If I put DVD - to DVD Rom and clik on its icon  DVD - Ram Drive (E will not show Audio_ Video_, it is empty?

My DVD will not read some data cd's dvd's but will others, i.e. PowerPoint. What gives?

I have a HP Pavilion Elite 210f.  The DVD drive is a Supermulti blu-ray with light scribe technology drive.  When I try regular DVD movies I only get sound - no video, and when I try to play Blu-Ray, I get nothing.  I hooked in an externat DVD player and it too only plays the sound.  What can I do to fix the problem?  It is most likely a software program - driver.
