My laptop runs Windows XP and I tried to change the compatibility settings so it would play a game made for WIndows 95. I went into the properties tab of the install file to make the changes and not only did the game not work but now I can't change the settings back to their original state. I tried to go back to the properties tab but I can no longer see the boxes next to the 256 color option and can't tell if that or the other settings are still checked off. How do I get my display back to Windows XP mode?
