Problems with ati 4200 radon card.

  I have a Pavilion P6740F HP desktop with an ati 4200 radon board.    My granddaughter is having problems playing her game, (Free Realms).  The games graph. freezes, and  pauses while she is trying to play it.  this has  never happens on her laptop or on my older computer.  Is there someway to change the settings on the 4200 so that she can play her game, or how do we correct this problem?

Hi,

 

  1. Try updating the video driver from the ATI web site.
  2. Try updating the DirectX drivers from the Microsoft web site.
  3. Go to the Free Realms wev site and look for a program update or patch.

 

If your PC is still under warranty then contact HP Support.
