Hi,
You can get JAVA here. If you are running IE then reset IE via Tools---->Internet Options ---> Advanced to make sure that you are using the default settings.

If you use Internet explorer, follow these steps:
1. Click on "tools"
2. Click on "Internet Options"
3. Select the "Security" windows
4. Click on "Custom level"
5. Search for "Scripting" on the "Security Settings - Internet Zone"
6.Choose "enable" for the option "Active Scripting"
7. Click "yes" if you see this message:
"Are you sure you want to change the settings for this zone?"
8. Click "Ok" to close the window "Internet options"
It's done!
