Hi,

You have a six (6) year old PC and the architecture and design of your PC is really not setup for modern games.  The memory speed, maximum amount of memory and maximum processor speed does not even make the minimum PC requirements for games such as Battlefield 3 and Call of Duty MW3.

Even some of the newer PCs would, depending on the model, require a faster video card.

Hi,

Open up your PC and do some measuring in parallel with the PCI-E x16 slot to see how long of a video card will fit. The slot adjacent to the PCI-E x16 slot needs to be vacant. Look carefully at the motherboard and makes sure that components on the motherboard don't interfere with the installation of the video card.

If you consider the above information then how long of a card will work in your PC?

Hi,

You will have to research the system requirements for each of the games that you want to use.  You also need to consider the game settings and monitor resolution.

Re: hi there, i need to get info about best graphic card for hp pavilion a1324n desktop pc.

Your HP Pavilion a1324n Desktop PC came with three (3) PCI slots (two available) and one (1) PCI Express x16 slot (one available).  Your choice of a graphics card will depend somewhat on what you are wanting to do.   Google "PCI-E graphics card" and see what's available or run by a local Best-Buy or some similar store.  I would not recommend anything high-end (i.e., expensive, <$50.00) on a unit with this much age that has relatively limited capabilities at least by today's standards.
