Adding a USB 3.0 port to Pavilion Elite HPE-570t CTO Desktop PC

I have 5 USB 1.0 ports and one USB 2.0 port on my desktop. I would like to have at least on USB 3.0 port for an external hard disk.

How do I best accomplish this?

It does not have USB1.0 ports. According to spec, the HPE-507t Cleveland board has 4 rear USB2.0  I/O ports:

The front array may have varied options for the Front Productivity Ports :

So, the USB port on the front maybe either 2.0 or 3.0 (3.0 would have a 3.0 card installed in a rear slot).

PCIEx1 USB3.0 Cards, look inside to determine what power lead you have available that can reach the card.

Purchase a USB 3.0 PCI Express x1 adapter card and install it.

At on this page there are examples of  USB super-speed 3.0 PCI Expres x1 cards .
