HP 500-310t.

Windows 10, 64bit

6G RAM

System BIOS 80.20

AMD Radeon R5 235

AverMedia H8370 USB Hybrid ATSC/QAM Tuner

The Tuner worked until I updated from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10.

I have uninstalled everything and reinstalled the latest drivers from HP, Microsoft, and Avermedia and all I get is the message:  “Can’t find AVermedia Tuner Cards” on the main screen.

Is there a fix?

If not, is there any other TV tuner that will work with this computer set-up?

I think the driver is missing. Please install the driver and the issue might get resolved.

Here is the link to driver and software for the tuner supporting Windows 10:

Here is the driver only link:

Thanks for the effort but the uninstall/reinstall of the app and driver did not solve the problem.  Still get the same error message.

It looks like I might just have to buy a new tuner.

I really appreciate your help.
