@Ramibarakat,

These older model HP's, circa 2010, were at their best, WIN 7 OS.  That said, the BIOS is called Legacy.  Older cards like the GTX 660 are excellent.  But it needs a 500-600W PSU.  It's also full height, and dual slot.   How tall is the expansion rail?

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..

Hello

Will try to help since no other replies.

First, never worked on HP business models and second, is it microtower or small form factor model?

Models are from 2009 or 2010.

So this would suggest you have legacy BIOS. This limits use of newer EFI graphics.

HP shows graphics options of following for system boards:

ATI Radeon HD4550 (RV710) PCIe x16 graphics card, 512 MB 538051-001

ATI Radeon HD4650 (RV730) PCIe x16 graphics card, 1 GB 538052-001

Nvidia Quadro NVS290 256-MB PCIe graphics card 460815-001

Nvidia Quadro NVS295 256-MB PCIe graphics card 578226-001

One can guess if other retail cards will work. You may also have PCIe x16 1.0 slot which also stops use of newer graphics cards which are backwards compat to PCIe x16 2.0 only.

Grzy
