Can I add an extra internal hard to computer?  I want to use it to back-up.  My computer is a slimline.

@jcollis217, welcome to the forum.

There are only two drive bays in the case:

Bay size                           Total Bays*
13.33 cm (5.25 inch)          1
8.89 cm (3.5 inch)               1

I believe they are being used by the hard drive (3.5") and the CD/DVD disk drive (5.25").  There are 4 USB 2.0 ports on the computer.  I suggest that you buy an external drive.  This would be better since the Slimline case is very small.  If you add more components internally they may block the airflow and cause overheating.

Here is more information for you:

 It looks like there may be enough space for another hard drive to fit above the existing drive.  If so, you will need to buy "Y" data and power adapters to make the connection.

Here is the link to the Manual where the diagram can be found:

If you wanted to use a SSD for the boot drive and the existing hard drive for storage, a SSD with an adapter should easily fit if the diagram is correct.
