Hi @jr44039

I would like to know what all devices are connected to the computer?

I recommend you to make sure only the keyboard and mouse is connected to the computer and then check whether the camera and other media devices are getting detected.

Let me know how it goes.

Take care.

Cheers!

Hi Jeet,

What is Hp support going to try and if they do is there going to be a charge.

I have been working on this and may have come up with a soultion in the prosess of testing.

I am open to support so i guess we will see.

If this works what i have tried will let you know. But going to test it out.

Thanks,

Jim
