What I am saying is you need this DVI ADD2 SDVO card for the dc5700...
Only your dc7100 can use the Radeon HD 2400.

Why not just install a standard PCIe x16 video card?
The dc7100 supports a regular PCIe x16 video card unlike the dc5700.
I put a used Dell Radeon HD 2400 PCIe x 16 card in my dc7100, and it worked great.
Otherwise you can probably use the Dell equivalent DVI ADD2 SDVO adapter...
