HP Pavillion a6720at
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have reinstalled operating system and all drivers from the product support webpage but when looking at the Device Manager, the Coprocessor does not work properly. Searching nvidia.com did not help, installing the driver set 334.89 did not help. Any idea how to fix the Coprocessor? Thanks.

Hi:

You need this chipset driver to install that device...

Hi,

Try installing the nForce ATA Controller driver on the following link.

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software11/COL31105/pv-77141-1/sp44490.exe

When complete, restart the PC.

Thank you for the response - however, I have tried to install this without success, I receive an error message saying "Your system does not fulfill minimal requirements for this actualisation. Actualisation was aborted. (9996)"
Any idea what is wrong?

Thanks

Hi,

Is the version of Windows 7 your running definetely 64bit?

Try applying all Windows 7 updates, particularly for .NET Framework and then see if the installer will complete.
