HP pavilion a6000 desktop won't start up and beep

A few days ago i was on my computer watching a youtube video and it froze and started making a long beep noise. Now whenever i try to turn it on it is a black screen and it makes that same beep. It beeps for about 20 seconds, and then stops for 20 sec, and then starts again...it never stops. I opened it up and cleaned out the dust(there was quite alot in the fans) and still the same very loud, very long beep. I am on a desktop HP a6000.

Please let me know what you think the problem can be and what i can do. Thank you

HP boot beep codes.  You could try removing your memory dimms and then replacing them back into the same slots.  Look around for dust on the fans etc. while your cabinet is open.  You might have a bad memory dimm although the beep code sounds like a different issue.

Look at these beep codes.  What do you hear?  There are some things to try at the web link. Actually there is an entire procedure to try.

I would suggest that you run a bios diagnostic but it doesn't sound like you get far enough up to enter the bios.
