Hi so i have this pc: https://support.hp.com/lv-en/document/c05278837 and the gtx 950 is at 80-81c under load.

Is it dangerous or is it okay ?

Hi,

It is OK for the graphics card to reach those temperatures under load. Some modern graphic cards do not switch on fan until they reach 60°C. From the Nvidia spec sheet for gtx 950 you can see that max operating temp is 95°C and you are well below this.

Once in a while make sure that all case fans are spinning and perform  a cleanup with compressed air at least once per year. Use compressed air only when computer is off and cold.
