I am wondering if there is a guide on how to replace or upgrade your power supply.
Thank you

I did t his in my Envy 700-414...I don't know what the differences are between yous and mine is, but I have found that THE MOST IMPORTANT thing is the physical size of it! IOW, it won't fit inside the case if it's too big!! So, I first measured the old one and looked to see if thered was any room to put in a longer or wider power supply into my case, then went from there. I don't remember having to go into the BIOS or not, but I do remember that it went in easily, so it must've not required anything be done with the BIOS. Then I found a 600W supply on sale, so I checked its dimensions and it would fit, so I bought it. I really would have liked to have put even a learer wattage supply than that, but money is tight! I have always figured that bigger is better, and its working less hard to supply the power to whatever you have inside.
