My HP M8330F isnt starting up, I unplugged everything and and held down the power button for 5 seconds like HP troubleshooting reccommended but still no luck. Once I plug in the power cord the fan spins and LED light around the power button lights up for a few seconds and shuts down and not matter what i do it doesnt startup. I am stuck right now with it and have no idea what to do. The specs are 2.2 AMD 9500 phenom processor, 3Gb ram, Nvidia Gforce 8500GT, and 640 ram.

Try this procedure:
Unplug the PC and open it up. Clean out all the dust. Carefully remove and replace all the cables going to the motherboard one at a time. Do the same for the memory dimms and the video and sound cards if you have any. Plug your PC back in a give it a go.
