Hi,

I thinks it is an HP Pavilion 500-415nv Desktop PC:

    http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=c04516117

Memory upgrade information

  • Dual channel memory architecture

  • Two 240-pin DDR3 DIMM sockets

  • Supports the following:

    • PC3 10600 (DDR3-1333)

    • PC3 12800 (DDR3-1600)

  • Supports 1 GB, 2 GB, 4 GB and 8 GB DIMMs

  • Supports up to 4 GB on 32-bit systems

  • Supports up to 16 GB (unbuffered) on 64-bit computers

Currently it has 6GB (4GB+2GB), you can upgrade to 16GB (8GB+8GB) max using DDR3 RAM.

Regards.
