Followup upgrade from window 7 home premium to windows 10 online I had 2 issues
Issue 1:
No sleep button in windows 10.
Following a research on Microsoft Support Web site. The problem was cause by no graphic driver available for my diamond graphic card that came with the laptop. the procedures was to go in control panel, device manager, select the graphic card with the left button, then right click and select update. The search came empty. I searched the manufacturer and find out the graphic card model was discontinued. My roomate has the a similar laptop, lower end ,purchased in 2011, he had no issue.
I am running into a loop here. My laptop is out of warranty, My graphic card furnished by HP is discontinued and no graphic driver for windows 10. Other then replacing the card. Woud HP offer a free replacement graphic card?
Issue 2:
My fingerprint reader is no longer working. I reset all my fingers. I select it at login. It will pass the first screen, but the next one is your hotmail login, it won't go to the destop anymore. In device manager, windows detect it ok, but it seems there is no window software in windows 10 for it. On this topic what would be my option? Is Hp Has a software setup for windows 10 fingerprint reader, if not, what free software would be compatible to it ?

Hi,
No available drivers for Windows 10. Well, it is not too late to go back to Windows 7. You've got 30 days.
