Hi, i have one question i would like to upgrade my gpu to a gtx 1060 6gb what psu whould fit in a hp pavilion 550-117ng tower to power the gtx 1060 the gtx 1060 requieres a minimum of 400w

A standard ATX PSU should fit in your PC.

 

Take a look at the Corsair offerings, in partiucular the builder versions. They are modular.
