I have a p6-2200ea desktop computer and would like to upgrade the graphics card to a sapphire HD 6670 2GB DDR3 graphics card
with the first question being will it fit within the case, its dimensions are: 164(L)x40(W)x107(H) mm.
Secondly i know i will need an upgrade on my PSU with the stock PSU only being a 300 watt source, but my second question is looking for a suitable replacement with a minimum of a 400 watt PSU which will suitably fit within my tower with the dimensions:
150mm x 140mm x 86mm
Any help will be appreciated. thank you

I recommend that you consider the Corsair CX500 or CX600 power supply. These are quality power supplies, match the physical dimensions of your existing power supply and will give you additonal power should you decide to acquire an upper end video card and/or add PCI cards that require a significant wattage draw.

I don't know what the current price is for a 6670 that is two generations back.
I have seen some under buy the power supply and then find that the graphcis card is insufficient for their requirements. Then they find out that the replacment power supply is too small. Double wammy.

Is there any recommended graphics cards in your opinion? the problem is that due to budget at the moment i cant afford a top end GPU however would like to increase my grapical capablity for another year or so and stop using the intergrated graphics that comes with the E2-3200 processor. i was looking to spend around £70-100?
