Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I purchased HP23-Q105NA on 15/1/17. HP support has informed me that the warranty expired on 15/01/17. I have following the instructions to dispute the warranty but the DISPUTE THIS link is not available to select. How can I resolve this?

I will ask to have your issue escalated.  Today is Sunday in most of the world, and as such, is not a business day.  You can expect to be contacted by an HP representative on the forum tomorrow.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
