HP Envy 850-000na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi guys,

My graphics card failed yesterday - got the 6 beeps error code and power off.

Removed the graphics card and it all works again now.

The PC is 18 months old. I did purchase and 3 year extended warranty but HP's website says it's not under warranty. When i call it seems to take ages to get through to anyone.

Does anyknow know a quicker online method of getting a replacment graphics card sent out?

Thanks.
