Hello guys and girls,

 

Since Christmas ended, ive been having issues with my stock cpu cooler fan. Sometimes it will screech and make engine like noises while other times it will just stop spinning. 

The fan that i am currently looking at is this one

I just want to make sure that it will fit the stock cooler if not will this cooler work for the cpu?

Hello

 

You have to measure existing HP fan installed on CPU. Is it stock Intel fan? This fan is part of heatsink and cannot be replaced. You have to replace heatsink and fan.

 

The first fan (Coolermaster Sickleflow) you are looking at is  4.72441 by 4.72441 inches.

 

The second heatsink/fan (Hyper T2) will work on LGA 1155.

Are you sure it is the CPU fan ? It also has other fan, part number:  646679-001  (System Fan, 9225mm, Kidd). You can buy from

Or use part number to buy elsewhere
