HP Pro 6200 Small Form Factor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

 

I have performed a fresh install of Windows 10 64-bit pro on a HP 6200 pro small form factor. I am unable to locate the driver for the PCI Serial Port, hardware ID  PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C3D&SUBSYS_1497103C&REV_04

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to use the W7 driver...

Thanks for trying to help with your post.

 

I, too, have the same problem. I cannot find a way to install a PCI Series Port driver on my 6000 Pro SFF computer, now running Windows 10. When I try to install the driver you recommended, I get the message "The Computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software".

 

I have attempted to go into the compatibility mode, and have tried several Operating Systems modes

, including Win 7, and have even checked the "Install as Administrator" box. Nothing works. I continue to get the message above. 

 

I realize that HP does not support this computer on Windows 10, but am disappointed that no driver can be found.

You need a different driver for your model.  That one I provided is for the 6200 Pro.
