What type and size of hard drive can I install in my 6555b Probook? can I go as far as a 15mm or do I have to stay with a 9.5 for the max?

It supports 9.50-mm, 6.35-cm (2.50-in) hard drives and solid-state drives. 15mm is too large.
Personally ,I would go with the SSD for the performance boost. You will need the 2.5" SATA format drives.

Thank you very much. It has been a while sense I have had to do any upgrades myself. I really like my hp 6555b for there is so much I can do with it unlike some other laptops I have had to deal with. 2 thumbs up.
