My hard drive is failing and I find it nearly impossible to do anything effective inside the case of the PC? I have large hands and I even bought some special screw drivers and tools in hopes I could pull the hard drive and replace it with a new one. There simply has to be a better way to get to the interior of the case and pull the hard drive. I have tried removing both side covers and I cannot get at it from either side. Ideas? And any idea why this simple type of information is not available in the HP site and manuals? It seems like something you should be able to find easily.
