Hello, I have a problem with the PC HP OMNI 100 ALL IN ONE, when I turn the screen turns gray, then black, then thick lines of red, blue and green. What can be the problem?

I see that your desktop's display is experiencing some image-quality issues, and I would be happy to be of assistance! To begin, I will need to ask you a few questions:
- What is the Product and Model Number of your desktop?
- Is the power cord securely plugged into the computer?
- Did you install any new hardware or software recently?
In the meantime, I recommend following this document on Testing for Hardware Failures (Windows 7). This should help test for any deficiencies in the graphics, display or video.
