You can have a maximum of 4x2GB DDR2-667/800 RAM in that machine with a 64 bit OS. You can put that much in with a 32 bit machine, but it will only identify 3.74-4GB of that RAM. You will need to upgrade to Windows 10 64 bit to use all 8GB of RAM.
