Re: wireless mouse not working

You probably need to resync the module on the back of your CPU.

Re: wireless mouse not working

Just bought an hp touchsmart310.  Everything but the wireless mouse works fine.  It only operates intermittantly.  Sometimes the red light under the mouse get more dim and flickers.  The pointer either disappears entirely or it freezes on the monitor display.  I did the troubleshooting procedures for both the mouse and the wireless keyboard and the receiver's blue light illuminates like there's a good connection.  For a while the mouse works fine and then it start acting up.  What is the solution to this problem besides replacing the mouse or taking back the computer?

Re: wireless mouse not working

HP wireless mouse may not work due to improper connection of the receiver. If unknowingly you connect the receiver to a different port, then it may cause serious issue with HP wireless mouse. If the connected port is corrupt and if the port is experiencing any problem, then the wireless mouse may not work properly. In order to resolve this issue, you need to repair the port.
