500GB Sata Internal Harddisk ERROR . . . Please Help

Dear Friends,

 

I have HP Compaq dx2300 MicroTower

Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2140 1.60GHz (2 CPUs)
RAM 512 DDR2
946 Pci Express Motherboard
BIOS: Phoenix - AwardBIOS v6.00PGHp

Note:

The problem I' facing here I' fixed a NEW
500GB Sata Internal Hard Drive
when i'm booting the computer system showing a message

"WDC WD5000AVVS-63M8Bo: Hardisk failure is imminent please
backup your harddisk and have it replaced.

press F1 to continue and F10 to setup . . .

kindly give me a solution . . .
