I'm using Win 7 ultimate x64
can someone help?

Hello,
Please check under the product page for your computer model if there is any update, any firmware udpate that you can use to resolve this problem.
Also check for any update on the software burning side!
Thanks,

Hello Cheebc,
Can you please let me know that is your computer model?
Do this to check your current Firmware revision, before trying to update yours:
1 Click on "Start," then type "device" (without quotes) in the "Search" text field in Windows 7. Click on "Device Manager."
2 Double-click the "DVD/CD-ROM drives" category to expand it.
3.Click on the "Details" tab.
4. Click on "Device Instance Path" in the "Property" drop-down list.
5. Note the firmware number listed to the right. Write it down if you wish to look for an updated firmware version.
Thanks,
Regards
