YES!!!

 

Wayman Ng fixed my Seagate/HP Firmware HDD issue.  He unbricked it, downloaded the firmware fix and verified the data was intact all at a very reasonable price and very quickly.  Google his name and you will see he is very well respected and reputable.  He is offering this service on e-Bay as well.
