Beats Audio icon

The icon of Hp beats audio don't appears more when I change the sound volume. I really want that it appears again, What I have to do?

Hi,

Try downloading and reinstalling HP Quick Launch Buttons on the link below.

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp55001-55500/sp55150.exe

After the reinstallation has completed, restart the notebook.

If the above procedure fails to correct the problem, try using Recovery Manager to reinstall the IDT HD Audio Driver ( this will also reinstall the Beats Audio interface ) - the procedure for using recovery manager to reinstall Software and Drivers is detailed in the document on the link below.

The first don't work. I tryed the second but the app "Recovery Manager" don't exist in my system. I recently formatted my computer and reinstalled all drivers (downloaded on the HP website), but this icon was the only thing that was not normal. I do not used the hp recovery system because I lost this partition, and HP don't send the disc to Brazil.
