I have the P6-2133W desktop... currently they list an upgrade path on the cpu to the A8-3850, AMD has released a faster CPU, the A8-3870K - it has the same power consumption, same socket etc etc... I am wondering if the mainboard will support this cpu, or will the bios not recognise it? - Will HP be upgrading the list of the CPUs supported as they become avaialble?

I was aware of the list... Wondering if the bios will support the A8-3870K it's the same cpu as the 3850 -just an added 100mhz
