Lopez11, welcome to the forum.

 

When requesting help, you should always include the make/model of the computer and/or monitor. This information is necessary for us to review the specifications of them.

 

I suggest that you try clearing the CMOS (prn. see moss).  The CMOS is a chip that stores the settings for the BIOS.  It may still be containing the fact that you had a failed CPU fan.  You can find instructions on clearing it in the Motherboard Specifications.

My Computer is an HP Pavilion a6607c PC.

When I turn it on it says CPU fan failure and then it shuts down right away.

I did buy another fan and replaced it but when I turn it on it still displays the same message and then shuts down.
