Compaq DC7100 SFF Network Adapter

My firend has a HP Compaq DC7100 SFF and from what he decribes, there is no ethernet controller driver installed. I checked out the drivers on the support page, but I am not sure which one to install. Any ideas which of these, click here, to install?

Hi:

Please go to the device manager and click on the unknown ethernet adapter with the yellow ? mark.

Then click on the Details tab.

Post the top string of characters you see in the window.

If my memory serves me right, it has the Broadcom ethernet adapter.

If the hardware ID starts with a VEN code of 14E4 then use the driver below.

Also, if you cannot see the Network adapter in device manager, it's also worth it to check BIOS and see if it detects the card and make sure it's enabled.
