Compaq Evo Post Issue

I have a Compaq Evo 510 desktop that has been giving me some problems lately. It won't post. I replaced both the video card and the RAM and still I get nothing. I get a beep code of 2 short beeps and 1 long beep. I have been trying to do research but I have yet to find any info on what this sequence of beeps is telling me.
