Hello martycommack, I checked the specifications for your system and it shows a maximum of 1 GB. It also shows just two memory slots.
Here is a link for the specifications for your system.
You would only be able to increase the memory on your system by 256 GBs. In order to do this you would need to remove the 256 GB module and install another 512 GB module for a total of 1 GB.
I doubt you would see any increase in performance with just a 256 GB increase in total memory.
I just checked Crucial.com and Crucial does not have memory for your system.
I also checked Kingston and they show they have some 512 GB modules that run at 333 MHZ, but would only run at 226 MHZ in your system due to the chipset limitations of your motherboard.
You would also need to purchase two 512 MB modules and replace all the modules in your system right now due to compatibility issues with your current memory. it would cost you $66.00 ($33.00 each) for the two 512 MB modules.
