Computer Keeps Crashing

Computer Information

HP Media Center PC m8200n

Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 6000+ 3.00 GHz

3.00 GB RAM

Replaced Hardware:

NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GSO

PSU: Antec Earthware 500 Watts

The computer crashed randomly, I ran the Hardware Diagnostic Tools and everything passed. I thought the computer is overheated and I run it on RivaTuner at 100% fan and it still doesn't work. The usual temperature is 62-68 C. Sometimes the computer doesn't just restart - it just shuts down completely bypassing the blue screen and the CPU just beeps, and I have no idea what that means. Any ideas?

Reseat the memory and video card. You may want to pull the video card and try the onboard graphics. What were the beeps? 1 long, 1 short?

How do I reset the memory and video card? I'm not entirely sure, but I think the beep was long and at regular intervals.
