Constant Restarting soon after Startup

I have a Pavilion D7218N it restarts about 5 minutes after powerup then continually restarts thereafter.  This is the third one of this model Pavilion I have had that behaves this way.  The Fans all seem to be working OK and I have tried reseating the memory since that seems to be the first recommendation that is always given for this problem.  Any suggestions to figure out what the problem is.
