After several try and spent time (over 4 hours on chat and phone)I have not fix my issues and HP turn me down on my warranty because they keep saying is software use.
I work as IT manager for over 10 years I never experience a issue with HP printer like this and a lack of help from the HP CS:
We have over 10 printers in our company some over 10 years without a issue printing the same job as always and now they tell me a brand new printer can work the same as our old ones.

Also the VP of the company wants to share a note:
Given HP’s pitiful level of support on this printer issue, please make sure that we only order Xerox printers for both companies going forward.
Please feel free to forward this email to their customer service so that they see the results of their lack of customer support.
