D530 - Need to change the CPU fan. Need instructions

Hello,

 

The CPU fan in my D530 is very noisy and needs to be replaced.  I am looking for some instructions on how to remove and replace the CPU fan.

 Which model? 

HP Compaq d530 Convertible Minitower, Small Form Factor, Ultra-slim Desktop  PC.
