DVD Writer Problem

My dvd writer failed to write data in CD and also DVD. The log details are in below....

Try setting it to the slowest burn rate in the disc burning software. For instance, if it's set to 16x right now, reduce that to 4x, or whatever the slowest speed available.

The problem are same at the lower speed i,e 4x also...
