I just upgraded my Pavilion from vista to Windows 7 64x, and I can not find the drivers for the SD/flash/etc., memory card reader 5070-2566. The cards don't show up under "My Computer", and the reader show up in the device manager but it says don´t use, I teied to refresh drivers from windows but it says that the drivers is correct one. I'm sure it's just that a HP driver needs to be installed, but there is no driver listed for the memory card reader on the page with the other drivers for this machine.
Does anyone know where I can find this driver?

Good evening!
I tried to disconneted and reconnected but that isn´t the problem. It´s a software problem; The device hasn´t assigned a letter like disk unit. So, as soon as i´ve assigned a letter, the device starts and it works correctly.
Thanks for all!!!!

Help us to help you. Identify your HP desktop PC and the installed operating system when requesting a driver. Otherwise it is a shot in the dark. We don't know all of the part numbers for every device on all of HP's PCs.
Look at the service tag on the side or rear of your PC.

Did the card reader just recently stop working?
It is a USB device, so disconnecting it from the motherboard's header and then reconnecting it may resolve the problem. Do that while the PC is disconnected from the household mains power.
