I have 3 fans in my cabinet tried to turn on my computer without them being connected to my motherboard, the manuel fan adjustemt in my slot was still connected to my psu (but no fans where connected) Could it be the sensors? Somebody said to me that theres is a sensor in the fan and another guy said it's on the motherboard, both are makeing there living with computers

Can my problem be that my motherboard needs to have a fan connected with the samme speed as the standard fan and the it can't handle 3 fans where one has a bit higher speed then the 2 other fans?

Where can i get a heatsink/fan with the same size and rpm as my standard asus fan?

I have to disagree with you Manjunath.  The CPU fan is the CPU fan and the System Fan is the rear case fan which is connect to a 3 pin header on the motherboard as is the CPU.

Some fans on the market do not spin fast enough which will create a low rpm issue. Some fans are single speed, some are variable and so forth. You need to be sure to use a 3pin (3 wires) single speed fan so the motherboard can regulate its speed from high to low. Variable speed fans may not spin once the bios goes into windows as at this point, the bios slows down the rpm and switches over to the temp sensor to speed it up when needed. Otherwise, the voltage is dropped to a very slow rpm which explains why some fans will spin up at start up then stop when going into windows. This however, is not the posters issue because his bios never lets hims go into windows so, his fan or his bios or board are bad.

i have the same message on my PC but i hooked a fan up to the system 3pin slot on my motherboard turned it on and it did nothing no power at all to the fan nice if you could disable it in the bios
