Our computer completely died a couple of weeks ago, I really dreaded calling tech support, cause that kind of thing is usually sooo frustrating, but I was helped by a guy named Eric, that was so very helpful and patient, it made having a computer tear up a little less painful
It was a hardware issue, we had to send it in, but got it back quickly, and it seems to be working fine. Thank you!
